Please note that we offer curbside pick up at 220 Bayview Drive, unit 2 Barrie or delivery inside the Barrie city limits. Shipping is also available to 10 provinces, Canada-wide via Canada Post. Any deliveries required outside the city limits, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing an order.
We are pleased to offer curbside pick-up for your online ordering. Simply place your order online and select the "Curbside Pick-Up at Stone House Designs” option at time of checkout and we will notify you when your purchase is ready for pick up at Stone House Designs -220 Bayview Drive. Unit B Barrie ON. Your order will be in the Upcycled Pick Up Box! This is a free service.
Currently we offer local delivery within Barrie for a flat rate of $10. Additional shipping services to locations within Canada (10 provinces only) via Canada Post. We endeavour to ship orders within 2-4 business days.
We make every effort to charge fair and accurate shipping costs. All orders ship under an automatically calculated rate via Canada Post. All rates will be presented at time of checkout and you choose what is best for you. Therefore, the more you order, the better the shipping cost per item.

To be eligible for a return:
- item must be unused and unopened
- in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging
NOTE: Refunds only apply to damaged orders (i.e. damaged or leaking). So please select your colours carefully.
If you receive damaged good(s), please contact Kelly directly by sending an email to email@example.com, to begin your refund process.
In order for returns to be processed we require:
-proof of purchase,
-photos of the damaged product and/or packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of receipt of product and approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company to confirm. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Kelly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges / Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The products must arrive at our location undamaged in order for a credit to be issued to your account, so please pack carefully.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
